The PriceCheck Tech & E-Commerce Awards are open to South African-based companies, organisations and individuals only. This includes platforms that take part in the facilitation of ordering products and / or services online including the electronic payment and delivery thereof.
Local businesses that wish to compete in the PriceCheck Tech & E-Commerce Awards 2018 need to be nominated through the online nomination form. Public voting does not guarantee entry into the PriceCheck Tech & E-Commerce Awards 2018.From 1 July 2018, Nominees are encouraged to promote the voting process to the public by directing them to the voting form on the PriceCheck Tech & E-Commerce Awards Website.
Only one entry per email address.
The PriceCheck Tech & E-Commerce Awards 2018 reserves the right to disqualify any company should fraudulent activity be suspected.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners and runners up in the various categories will be announced at the Awards Event – details to follow.

NOMINATING / VOTING PRIZE COMPETITIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The winner of the various prizes will be announced within two weeks of the competition end date as well as at the Awards Event.
By entering this competition the winner hereby gives PriceCheck permission to release the winners name via email newsletters, social media platforms and any other online as well as offline media PriceCheck sees fit.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Anybody may take part except employees of PriceCheck and their families.
The prize is not transferable.

PriceCheck does not make any representations or give any warranties, whether expressly or implicitly, as to a prize, and in particular, but without limitation, makes no representations and gives no warranty that a prize, or any aspect thereof, will –
– Meet your, or, if applicable, your partner’s requirements, preferences, standards or expectations; or
– Be satisfactory and punctual.

Without limitation, PriceCheck is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer hardware or software failure or malfunction, traffic congestion (whether on the Internet, or at any service provider, website or other device or medium), or any combination thereof, or any other technical or other problems.
It is your responsibility, as a participant, to ensure that any information which you provide in respect of the competition / awards is accurate, complete and up to date.
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, PriceCheck will not be responsible, and disclaim all liability, for any loss, liability, injury, expense or damage (whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause, which is suffered by your participation in the awards or the acceptance and/or use by you, or your partner (if applicable), of any prize, or by any action taken by us or any of our affiliates in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions will be construed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of South Africa.
PriceCheck reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for the awards at any time and will publish same on its Sites or make same available to participants on request.
In the event that any of the terms of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such terms will be severable from the remaining terms of these Terms and Conditions, which will continue to be valid and enforceable.
